Does Let Thy Food require refrigeration? When does it expire?
Let Thy Food is shelf stable, so refrigeration is not required until opened.
UNOPENED Let Thy Food may be stored in a dry, shaded location at room temperature for up to a year from date of manufacture. This expiration date is indicated on a tag on the bottom of the jar, printed with a best-by date. Do not consume beyond the best-by-date located on a tag on the bottom of the jar, and do not consume if best-by date has been removed.
OPENED Let Thy Food requires refrigeration and is to be enjoyed within 7 days of opening for dips and dressings, and within 60 days of opening for Superfood Parms. Do not consume beyond the best-by date located on a tag on the bottom of the jar, and do not consume if best-by-date has been removed.
Consume Let Thy Food only when the original pop button seal or lid seal is intact at time of purchase. If the pop button seal of the jar is in the up position or the seal is not intact, this indicates the product has been previously opened, and should be discarded immediately.
